The most useful part of the coaching for me was the insight he gave me about how to tailor my job search and how to prepare for the interview. Hi Steven, I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know I gave notice of my resignation this week, and accepted the offer for head of real estate on Monday. I start my dream job on 9/19. Your help has made all the difference and I thank you whole heartedly! FYI I negotiated up to $250k with a $50k sign on bonus. When we discussed they noted $225k and if you recall you felt I could get it up to the $240-260 range. You were so right!!

I was getting interviews and spent a enormous time going through the grind only to be ghosted by employers after the 5th or 6th interview. I reached out to Steven and did a Q/A plus a presentation review for the interview. Steven provided me with valuable information and critiqued me on what I was doing wrong. I work in the tech field which can have very tough interview protocols.

On August 28th, I'll be starting at a strategic communications and digital marketing firm, focused on clients with purpose.
