Worth it! It was apparent that Steven did a lot of prep work prior to our call which I appreciate and respect. Steven was positive and enthusiastic, sharing a great deal of guidance on how to approach my job search. I haven't had to search for a job in over a decade and there were several times in our conversation I was positively blown away by his practical strategy suggestions.

Hi Steven, I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know I gave notice of my resignation this week, and accepted the offer for head of real estate on Monday. I start my dream job on 9/19. Your help has made all the difference and I thank you whole heartedly! FYI I negotiated up to $250k with a $50k sign on bonus. When we discussed they noted $225k and if you recall you felt I could get it up to the $240-260 range. You were so right!!
